To enable Associated Website Annotations you first need to associate one website to your account. After associating one website you can add more associated websites via Webmaster tools.

Here are 4 tips to keep in mind:
1. You can link to any page within your domain ie domain.com/mypage
2. If you don’t see the associate website annotation option you may not have verified your account, your account may not be in good standing or you may just have to wait a few days.
3. You must use the full URL for your site to be accepted
4. You can also use YouTube Cards to link to an associated website
