The code in PLUCK and MSN does not validate for correct XHTML because it uses “&#38;” Replace this symbol with the ampersand i.e.

Could you give and example of what you would change say this line to:
&lt;a&gt;&#38;t=" target="subscriptions"&#62;&lt;/a&gt;

ah okay, figured it out, &#38;
&lt;a&gt;&#38;t=" target="subscriptions"&#62;&lt;/a&gt;
