Subscribers Magnet Review: A WordPress Plugin To Double Email Subscribers Without Getting Any Additional Traffic

Subscribers Magnet

Are people visiting your blog but not subscribing to your list?
Want to easily double or triple your email subscribers rate?
Want to track the performance of your blog’s optin forms?

One of the biggest mistakes I made with my blog was not focusing on building a list because it helps build long term relationships with your subscribers. Once you’ve built these relationships you can recommend products and services to them.

I corrected this mistake by adding an opt-in form in the sidebar asking people to subscribe to my newsletter. The result..I only got a few new subscribers so I created an incentive by offering a free e-course titled “21 highly effective ways to generate free traffic to your website.” This helped increase my subscriber rate but I was still not happy with it so I added a newsletter opt-in form to the bottom of each post. The funny thing was more people subscribed at this location than the optin form in the sidebar.

Still not happy with my optin rate I decided to install the Subscriber’s Magnet Plugin for WordPress which uses the Multiple Hit Strategy to increase subscriber rates.

It’s tagline states…

” Learn How To Not Only Double, But Triple And Even Quadruple The Number Of Email Subscribers To Your WordPress Blog”…Without Getting Any Additional Traffic.

Who wouldn’t want to double or triple the number of subscribers so I bought the plugin because they “guarantee to double your blog subscription rate in 60 days or less or you get all your money back.”

Here’s what I liked the most about the Subscriber’s Magnet Plugin

  • Doubles or triples email subscribers using a multiple hit strategy
  • Forms are automatically filled out with visitors name and email
  • Send “automatic” and highly-personalized ‘thank you messages’ by email, on the first occasion someone comments on your blog
  • Designed to work with any email list provider
  • Compatible with the latest version of WordPress
  • Mobile responsive so the forms will display correctly on any mobile device
  • Ability to track which optin form generates the best results
  • Lifetime free upgrades for any new versions
  • Free email support
  • 60 day money back guarantee

The only disadvantage is the learning curve people would encounter who are not familiar with WordPress. For example when they try to install the WordPress plugin, figure out how and where to place the optin forms or integrate an autoresponder.

This can be easily resolved by reading the extensive documentation that comes with the plugin.

Here’s how the Multiple Hit Point Strategy works:

1. Form Auto Filler
After you install MBP Subscribers Magnet, it automatically fills the name and email of any user visiting your blog. By default it works for most of the popular autoresponders without any problem.

2. Place your optin form in the Sidebar
Place your optin form at the top of your sidebar so it will be easy for your blog visitors to sign up for your newsletter. Since the form is filled out automatically with your visitor’s name and email address, they’ll pay more attention to it.

3. Place your optin form at the bottom of every post
People are more inclined to sign up after reading your post than when they first visit your blog.

4. Show Optin Form Embedded Inside the Comment
Right after someone comments Subscribers Magnet will show the optin form just above the user’s comment. The optin form automatically gets filled out with the visitor’s name and email so all they have to do is click on the subscribe button.

5. Subscribe Check box at The Bottom of Comment Form
Anyone who comments on your blog can subscribe to your newsletter at the same time by simply checking the subscribe option.

6. Subscribe to autoresponder silently as soon as someone enters a comment
This setting automatically subscribes commentators to your autoresponder when they make their first comment. Since, your autoresponder will be double optin, it will automatically send them the confirmation email.

7. Send Personal messages to commentators
A personalized message is sent to anyone who submits a comment on your blog. This helps build a relationship with your visitor plus it gets one more message in front of them giving them another
opportunity to revisit or subscribe.

8. Popin
Popins are annoying when they are too aggressive however Subscribers Magnet allows for a “delayed” popin that is much less intrusive. It gives the visitor more time to find value in your content before subscribing to your list.

9. Show Footer Ad to the first visitor
This gives you another option to get your visitors to subscribe. It adds an optin form in the footer of your blog.

10. Display Optin form in RSS feed
This is another powerful subscriber option you don’t see utilized anywhere else. It displays an optin form in your RSS Feed.

Example
Let’s say, on average, you’re getting 100 unique visitors to your blog on a daily basis and you receive a 5% conversion ratio, meaning 5 subscribers; when using this plugin, you could get 15 subscribers instead, from the same amount of traffic.

My recommendation

I’ve already noticed an uptick in the number of subscribers to my blog after installing the plugin therefore I highly recommend purchasing the plugin especially if you’re only getting a trickle of new subscribers or only have a small list.
